And did you involve the union. Brief story I was given "coaching talk" then 3 days later was written up. Floor supervisor said as far as she was concerned after we talked it was considered a closed matter. Talked to my manager and he is going to talk to her on Saturday. I thought it if was considered closed and resolved you could not be written up. Don't want to put up details on here now. When I told my manager I "really didn't want to get the union involved" he said he would talk to my floor supervisor and see what happened from her perspective. I said that I felt the co-manager went over HER head but he said the co manager was her boss. Any advice/ideas etc. Told my manager I wanted the CA thrown out. Said manager has recently had a pattern of complaints lodged against her and most recent complaint that came from a customer resulted in her having her store keys taken away from her and put upstairs doing administrative paperwork. (See previous post of Manager had keys taken away from her.)
