Next month I will have been a year with the company and am getting full time this month. Will I qualify for a week vacation even though I've been part time for almost the entire year?
Unless your contract is different from everybody else's. It doesn't matter if you're full time or part time. After one year, you get a week's vacation. The only difference is the amount you get paid. Full timers get paid 40 hours. Part timers get paid so many hours based on the average number of they worked over the past several weeks.
