Good idea! When something didn't go your way, a coupon wasn't accepted, or you get charged twice for something, then you can yell and cuss at the robot/computer. They'll just respond back with "Sorry, I didn't understand you. Retry" I wish we could say that, especially to the entitled.

They actually are replacing associates with more self checkout machines. Expect to see more self checkout units replacing registers in your stores within the next few years.

Front End Transformation, 70%+ SCO Transactions (w/SBG). You will get more hours in the beginning, but after people convert to SCO, FE hours start to decline.
Yup, I wouldn't expect to see more then 10 registers in the larger volume stores with 12+ SCO's....smaller stores 7-8 registers with 12 SCO's, really small stores 3-5 registers with 12 SCO's. But I would also expect to see ELMS never calling for more then half your registers open either....
