Frozen (45) is a sub-department of Grocery (in the Dallas Division, at least). Sales volume is usually shown in a total figure with Grocery, but there is some way to get at a report that breaks out Frozen sales volume separately from Grocery. Can anyone tell me how/where to access this data? Can the report be run by non-management associates? Is this "Manager's Toolbox" stuff?
(Why not just ask management? Did so. Four times across two co-managers. Nothing. All they know is to bow to the thug above them.)
Depending on your classification you should be able to pull the sales report from Managers Workbench, look under Alerts and there will be a link. The Front End Manager will also have the information from their daily reports or they can pull the weekly report for you. In reality the sales report mean nothing to departments or associates, you can celebrate the sales, but what more resources do you get for the sales?
