First of all, being in management is not about making a difference. It's about the all mighty dollar and what can you give me. The only time they care is when their big shot bosses are going to come in and strut around in their designer suits. Otherwise, don't bother me with your meanial problems. I'm busy trying kiss someone's a** so I can drive a foreign car and wear my own dersigner suit. One of the rules is that Kroger employees are not to accept gifts in return for favors. I believe that this also applies to management, but apparently they are above the rules. Then they think we are stupid enough not to see what is going on and insult our intellegience by lying to us about it.  What happen to the day when management had ba**s and EVERYONE was expected to work a fair days labor for a fair days pay. Not play favorites?
