It's nice that we no longer have to worry about returns nor rain checks and wonder if the customer is being honest or not. I hope this policy stays until at least phase 3 of society reopening. So what 6-12 more months of this b.s. I feel for people that really need to return but we can make it right with other...

Getting tired of this s-h-i-t. I'm not going along to get along. I'm nice and respectful to the LGBTQ community, but I'm not going to wear a rainbow shirt and help advocate for their lifestyle by supporting their causes either at work doing business promotions or after work. Can't believe the headq...

How many DHs on here come home everyday stressed to the brim and very tired? Past 2 days I've come home and fell asleep for 14 hours straight! Then I had to go in today and while sitting out in my car, I was really contemplating if it was worth just driving away and never going back. Then I finally decide to wa...

Any one think its still a serious thing? I've had a few nurses come in and some doctors who say that if some one died from a gunshot would they might put it was covid that killed them. They say they get like $13000.00 for a person who dies from covid. All about the money it seems. I can see this being true thoug...

Our store was heavy on it for 2.5 months then just stopped. Like the 20 minute hand washing requirement. It lasted 3 days then stopped. Those that were ritual about it continued to do it but they've for the most part completely stopped. We use to have decent plastic gloves but now they're the garbage one...

I agreed to come in on Wednesday but I just realized I had an appointment on Wednesday. I can't speak to the manager who I made the arrangement with since they're on vacation. I'm not on the time clock, when you get asked to come in at my store you just go upstairs and write your time in a notebook for the HR to...

We have a conference call Tuesday in Louisville Division. A lot of rumors about office staff being cut down and district realignment.

At my store, the computer is obsessed with giving 3-3½ hour lunches after the start of your shift. Its BEYOND stupid. It only makes the day go longer imo. I'm not sorry, but I am NOT taking a lunch 3-3½ hours after the start of my shift. Like today, I was supposed to go at 11:15; I started at 8:00 am. I decided...

All the other grocery stocks soared after earnings why is Kroger down. Is Rodney too busy licking the BLM's boots?? Stores were organized at one point during Covid sales spike but cut hours and poor ordering well we are a cluster**** again in the backrooms.

I wish they had saved their money and bought something better for us instead of investing in an HD tv for the break room that doesn't even get cable channels. 90% of the time it's turned to the news by the old people who work in our store anyway. The controller is sticky and I don't want to touch it.. It's ju...

How can I get more hours and change my availability time?

Where I work, you can setup a "food ledge" and put your food and drink on it. As the urge to eat and drink during the day, you can walk by your setup all day long and eat part of your sandwich and take a quick gulp of your drink and then get back to work. Sort of like a pit-stop in an auto race. Are the rest of you...

So, I work in the pharmacy, and we're required to wear masks. However, it's hot and some just wear their masks as chin guards or earrings or don't put one on at all. The number of confirmed cases in my state is increasing, not decreasing. The air is apparently shut off in the pharmacy due to a remodel, so pe...

Anyone out there seen or affected by the new floral program that basically cuts floral hours while claiming to provide a better experience for customers and associates? The whole thing is garbage. Smaller stores have a schedule of 12-4. Largest volume stores have coverage from 8-8 with a huge cut in...
