on august 21st 2018 I was arrested for crime that I had did. but I had to stay in jail for about 17 days. they say I volutarly quiet but I didn't they say I didn't call everyday but I did my mom actually did and she had proof of it from my phone company which was metro pcs back then. can I sue Kroger for doing that...

I'm a pickup employee. Yesterday i took an order outside and set the brake on the palley. The load must have been too heavy and the brake failed and the palley ran into the car next to it. I doubt it did much damage from being hit by plastic totes and the car looked fine to me. If they call and complain how much...

My store manager is requiring employees to come in sick. I tried to call out yesterday and he told me to call him back in two hours "when you might feel better." Is this even legal? I am in the Local 1996 Atlanta GA area. I ended up coming in because the hassle of calling out wasn't worth it
