Do you have to count your freezer every day? We have to fill in a chart with how many cases are in the freezer and how many cases came in on the order. The chart shows the daily sales budget and how many cases we should get based on that. No one from corporate has been able to tell us why we have to do that. It...

What is the frozen case per hour? We normally get a 300-350 unit frozen truck every night. We are expected to condition, do backstock and have truck worked. How does one achieve that? I only do about 40 cph.
