I'm an assistant Groc Manager and the head is on vacation, and I am curious as to how relief pay works. Is it similar to retro pay or do they automatically update it in time for the direct deposit? Either way is nice, gonna love that check this week (on pace for 55 hours )

So they started me at 7.85 and hour and the next raise was a whopping 10 cents. my union dues were 8.50 and 50 cents for Sunday pay. It is a completely different job code-one of the reasons I took the Utility job was *not* to have to bag anymore. I wish the cashiers (at least in my store) would be more respectful of the job we do (it isn't just about "cleaning the bathrooms" as some cashiers think that is all we do.)
