I telephoned the 1-800 number, the recorded message indicated that everything was down, Kroger was working with "vendors" and had no idea what the "ETA" for fixing the system would be, ..."there is no "work around." This is worthless and Kroger has no ides what it is doing as usual.

ye-uh! uh! cranberry sprite? well i dont particularly like cranberry juice, or sprite. in fact, the annoying r&b rendition of most wonderful time of the year makes me want to smash every case of it i see.

For the past two months or so I've been placing the refund slips immediately inside the till bag located in underneath the till. I'll immediately open up the till after the customer signs it, lift the till up then place it into the bag. Bookkeeping keeps telling me my slips do not make it to the office....

do they match 4% for hourly employees? I've seen straight no. I've seen yes if member contributes 5%. I've seen if employee has worked for atleast 1 year and contributes 5%. seems there is no set one answer which is strange.

How can the company let some one stay dept head when they can't even keep the milk and eggs full .. other dept are always getting asked if we have any milk or eggs , the dept head goes to break or lunch and leave them empty , he should be wrote up and releaved of his job if he can't do it

When the schedule came out my personal days werent put in...so I got in contact with the HR manager about it, and he said he would take care of it as he had not seen or heard of such letter. What to do when it feels like your hard work and loyalty to your store just isn't being taken seriously? Clearly I worked beyond 32+ hours last week, staying extra to fill holiday stuff in the grocery aisles. I could have left on time and just left all of those holes empty on the shelf but I decided to stay....

Here's a strange one..a customer had a $30 order at u scan and tried paying with pennies until it locked up.. ..should the sco attendant tell her she can't pay with pennies or let her carry on..what would you do..?

What is ratification pay.? Lump Sum Pay? And Retro Pay? And is that separate from you're contractual bonus? And anniversary pay?
