I find it rude these people will empty my shelves and leave nothing for other customers. Kroger needs to Adopt a New Coupon Policy and ENFORCE up on the front.

Will be going on a vacation in a few months for a month. Wondering how early should I let the manager/schedule writer know? Also, do i need to request the days off on eschedule portal? First time taking a vacation for a long period of time while working for kroger need some advise.
