Has anyone else had trouble getting their w2 online? Mine was on there yesterday and now it's gone. I called the help line for the website and he said it won't be available til Feb even though the website says it will be available Jan 20. ???????

Why is that they go straight into social hour after clocking in and don't do ANYTHING but talk and gossip for the first hour of their shift AT LEAST, and even more time some days? Then around the 3 or 4 hour they start talking about other people not moving fast enough or doing things properly... What?
