Heard that Kroger will be doing away with store mgrs. and just having co-mgrs. I know for a fact that it has happened at my Roanoke VA area store. Anyone else seeing it? Also cancelled our holiday walk. Our store is a wreck with us not having enough hours to do our work. Sales are down because of OOS.

The LOWEST paid person overnights is given the LEAST amount of hours........WHY?! But when I ask for a raise?? My reply is always, "hurrrrrr.... you'll get there... just work your hours xDDDDD" I HATE this incompetent corporate bullcrap. And these stupid "contracts". They are such a pointles...
