hey all. Im a newish hire in grocery and had to sign up for some meeting about customer service at a differernt store during my orientation. anyone know what its about or how long it will last? does everyone have to do it?

I just wanted to say how AMAZING the service from Ms. Rockie at the McKinney Lake Forest location is! She is consistently joyful and she is nothing but a PERFECT example of a true giver of customer service. I hope she can truly be recognized for all of her hard work and talent. GO ROCKIE.

I recently finished my online computer training. Which honestly wasn't very helpful to my position. Does Kroger give other training to cashiers? Or do they just put you on the schedule and expect you to learn it yourself? Also, any tips would be helpful as well.

Go to college and get a real job. I make over 50 bucks an hour sitting on a computer on my ass everyday while you clowns bust your ass for 8 bucks an hour.
