how do you go from full time status to part time when you were hired as a full time employee after 8 years I understand the 8 weeks of 40 hours but one strike and your out the president even gives you more than that

It's been a growing trend for sometime now, and you'll see more retailers with signs at both their manned and self check out lines: CREDIT/DEBIT ONLY. Cash is becoming extinct. I personally don't like this because cash is easier for me to manage......what are your thoughts on this?

Like, literally, evil. At least that's what a highly upset elderly lady told me (and to my absolute delight, our store manager!). Apparently having a chip/EMV on your payment card is the mark of the beast, and she'd "rather starve" (also, she forgot her checkbook).
