flies in the store? We like to open the bay doors to let a breeze come in and some other employees are complaining that this allows flies to come in the store. 1. what about the front doors that are opening ALL THE TIME? and 2. flies that come in on customers who haven't bathed in days!?

How do I go about filing a grievance? I'm being scheduled to work Saturdays AND Sundays every week when there's people below me who get every single weekend off. I'm so sick of being stuck working weekends when I have more seniority over those who get EVERY weekend off.
