So let's say here's our seniority list: Ashley 8-4 Pam 10-6 Steve 3-11 So ashley needed the morning off so she wants to trade Steve. So now Steve works 8-4 and Ashley works 3-11. Can Pam claim those hours? The 8-4 since Steve is under her in seniority? Or is trading somehow null and void?
