the only way you get anywhere at this crazy place is by kissing ass.the true hard workers are stuck working their asses off for the rest of there lives.
yeah,but the f ked up thing about putting the load on those hard workers like myself is...After a while we tend to get bored with the job and we can't produce like we used to and somtimes just don't care anymore.
Exactly! I work my ass off for this comapny and what do I get? I get yelled at in front on the other employees for not putting in 100% for the first time ever. I had a good reason not to give 100% too; THE POWER WAS OUT! It was 90 degrees in the store and everyone else was just standing around, I stop working for 10 minutes and I get yelled at! I wasn't even allowed to take a break, at least thats what it seemed like.
WOW, okay, its good to know that treating hard working employees like **** is a policy with Kroger. I was "let" go because I wouldnt kiss the store managers ass....to hell with em!
