i have a seafood manager that does not like to write her own orders so my question is can she make any one in seafood write the order for her i always thaught thats wht dept heads get paid for
Yes, as your supervisor she can ask you to write orders for the department. Just make sure youe manager knows your shouldering some extra responsibility. It might get you noticed and promoted.
if she has people working for her they can do any papper work that needs to be done i would train someone to do the order, shelf rev ,and pull bills and talk to the meat mr to get them trained phase 2. i just became head saefood and it seems like most seafood heads dont want to show people sh!t, their lazy and dont get that its meat and seafood as one dept. I had to fight to get training and my goal is to be a co manager or work in hr, kroger needs better training because i dont think they get how much a meat mng has to do, they dont have time to deal with lazy seafood people I try to do anything my meat mng needs done
