i agree smiling is way too over rated...the only time i smile at a customer is when im having a really good day or one of the cool nice people upfront call me when im not in the middle of something
the world is crazy...full of crazy customers. Including the very cool guy who i showed where the playing cards were and he told me i am the best. He was cool...one smart guy. He knows a good pixie when he see's one!!!

Hello all, I am a driver for Kroger Michigan and we are all hoping for a good one this time around . Anyone heard anything we would all like to know.
every contract they took something away from us. in the 17 years i have there isnt one contract that has been good for US! The only thing that we have is our ****ty medical benefits that they say is the best in the contry ,Ill give them that cause most of the country doesnt have it and or not paying for medical services (the government pays for it with tax money ....might as well make universal heather care anyway) however I do look for the comany to try to reduce our vacation time as of now 6 weeks is max the good thing is before the contract im in ill be locked in to my 5th week. If everyone that can show up to the union meeting and show the company we are united we might get a better contract but if we have people who dont give a **** thats what will get.
