Key Retailing was created by a business college hired ****head that never did a solid days work. It wasn't designed for just the grocery business. It is a generic program Kroger was talked into using to up productivity or get as much done with as little as possible. Kroger spent millions on this program and they refuse to except the fact it won't work in alot of situations. This thing was created by people pushing pencils and sitting on their ass. I've seen practices in Key Retail that was standard in other stores, everything has a place and a place for everything. Thats common sense.I don't believe Walmart and many other grocery store companies use it.
Key retail just creates paper work, which is stupid to hire someone to jam stuff in the shelf then expect them to do paper work.
The more complicated the plumbing, the easier it is to stop it up.
Key Retailing...in the frozen section sucks. I hate marking down what I've stocked, and I hate writing when I started, my break times, when I'm done..AHH!
why is our union allowing this to happen? what are they good for? Our health insurance has been cheapened, little or no money for the union members, and screwed on our pensions.
