ok im trying to get promoted to customer service/floor supervisor. Iam a really good employee and i have talked to my manger and she said yes and its a month later. my credntials: my elms score has been over 110 for over 3 months straight i engage every customer i have mastered SCO i can do fuel i have aced several mystery shops i clock in early everyday and i ask if i can stay late (got me promoted to checker) i aid the supervisors i have several high up coworkers telling her to promote me my only downside is i have 3 writeups one for horseplay accidently broke part of register( extremely tired) one for customer saying i was rude to them (which i wasnt) customer didnt get two items by accident
i havent gotten a write up since late last year, promotions are happening now and thay are talking about a freaking narssacistic bum to be our new supervisor
sounds like dumb reasons to get write ups. Remeber don't sign nothing and get your union rep with you. Write up are not worth the paper they are written on.
damn i got another write up, for those stupid keyrings, you know 199 grocery 25 cosmaetics and on the same write up i got in trouble for using my uscan number on regualr register
