Can kroger management be apart of the union? Or can managers not be in the union?
If so will management take better care of you if you are not in the union? Then will u be able to move up in rank?

Managment has their own retirement. Some may have been clerks at one time and can get both.

No! mgt represent the company. The union represents the barging unit!
The only mgr that can be both union and mgt is a manager in training.
