Iam a cashier/sco attendant and my csm had me on the schedule to trained to be customer care and i was so happy until today when i found my general manger we will call him Heath Bates for the sake of his real identity said to Mollie my csm that she cant promote me cause i cant handle stress apparently, all the incidents he is reffering to are when i was working fulltime until 130 in the morning and i was getting fustrated with uscan because all "please place the items in the bagging area" and "please wait for the attendant" and those bitches they call children cying because they cant hold there damn candy or a toothbrush w/ spongebob on it.all ifeel like i can do is still do my job really good like i have been and hope for the best
wow it is apparent that you can't handle stress and/or customers.....if you can't accept the public as they are, then you don't need to work with them. trust me, kroger didn't knock on your door and ask you to come to work for them, you went to them....it's just part of your job. i have to agree with your manager, i wouldn't put you there either...
