About 3 days in 365 days. We're in the food business,far as I'm concerned if your sick then stay home. Don't pass it around to everyone,the customers and co-workers. SHouldn't be hard for management to figure out. But they can't handle it when a person is sick. All they want to know is when you can get back and get those Fruity-O's into the shelf for them so they don't have to.
i have worked at kroger 13 years and called in 5 times. everytime i do they make a big issue of it, but they tolerate people who call in at least twice a month.
