Hey group - Any white males out there who have been constantly passed over for promotion because you are not part of the "diversity initiatives" ? Degreed, white male here with "above average" to "outstanding" evaluations here for the past um-teen years. Did anyone notice this was a "Dave Dillion blog" that he skirted a few months ago and said he'll come back to and hasn't? So much for leadership by example... I have just retained an Attorney who specializes in reverse discrimination - anyone else intersted in a possible class action ? I'm done with these a-holes and they've lost me...I just don't care anymore.
Hey - FYI - the new standard for Management is "70 minority - 20 women - and the last 10% you can hire that you know will work out". Shop Meijer or Wal*Mart where they promote on opportunity - not race or gender.
I know that to be true...quit recently accused of some trumped up bs because I actually did my job!! Union my A$$...the only reason Kroger is still in business is the one quarter of employees...pions...that allow the so called managers to do nothing but get paid and ki**a**. They push the people that actually work out and keep the good for nothing, but I got a big a** and I am content to sit on it, brown nosers!!!
Actually workers will vary,be prepared to do the job of 2 people,be prepared to be expected to be incredibly productive while others sit on their fat a$$, be prepared to work like a small child in a North Korean tennis shoe factory....
