Does Krogers side with employee or costumer?

What experience have you had with this?

A costumer used my name, and only got my name because I introduced myself when I took a order over the phone.  And claimed that I had told them they would get employee discounts on cakes, Now this isn't even possible!  REAL Employees don't even get that type of discount.     Now I'm concerned that management will side with the costumer because they are "Always right" and I'll get wrote up for nothing.   Or does Krogers usually side with their own people?

You won't be written up do no worry.  A C.A.R write up has to be done the first day that you return to work. If you took the order on a Tuesday and you work the next day this is when mgt has to "write you up"  Just remember one working day from the alleged offense.

What division is this "one day" in? I'm Zone 1 and don't see anything in the union handbook mentioning it.

ok, if you look in the union book somewhere it discusses C.A.R. write ups.
Management has to issue this write up one working day from the occurance. So if an employee "does" something against company rules management has to issue a write up to the person their first day after the alleged offense. If this happened on a monday and the person says works tues, then on tues the employee is written up.
