WOW!!! I HAVE SEEN SO MANY MISTAKES COME DOWN FROM SCANNING,BUT WHO HAS TOO RUN AROUND TO CORRECT THOSE MISTAKES,FILE MAINTANCE,THEY MUST BE WORKING DRUNK.I THINK THEY SHOULD PROOF THE PRICE CHANGES BEFORE THEY ARE SENT
The home office sends down the prices. The scan coordinators just hang up price tags. They keep their eyes open for mistakes like a can of beans for .10 (it happens) or a bottle of advil for 465.00. I've seen it myself. But, if your talking about a dollar difference here and there perhaps they are not hanging up the correct tags.
Document the items as they scan wrong. UPCs, product name and size- they can't fix it if you say, "kroger beans are priced wrong."
If your ad items aren't ringing up correctly, then your store has issues.
