no such requirement exist at kroger. The union says 32 cases per hour is acceptable. If your getting grief call your union rep.

Sh#t...Those a$$holes couldn't put out 50-55 cases an hour themselves. Some pencil pushing, computer button pushing retard with a bachelors degree that never buffed the floor with his a$$ , came up with that $hit.

They want to save some money, get rid of some of those "lumps" they got sucking on Krogers tit. Hell, they could save a fortune.

yes, and it's retarded, i can throw 50 cases an hour but **** the *******s who came up with that idea, like the other guy said i guarantee whoever came up with the standards has never stocked an aisle in their life. at least the managers here don't give us **** as long as everything is done by morning time

32 cases is by no means acceptable.... Unless you only have one arm.  I was a grocery manager an d if I had a guy that couldn't put up 50 cs an hour he would be dealt with. It doesn't matter if the higher ups can do it or not that is irrelevant. Quit crying and go stock some groceries. the TSG is a total average of the whole crew. Consider yourself lucky you weren't around when we did old school individual case counts, you would be out of a job. Call 1-800-for-ufcw if you can't take it, though it will do you know good.

Well, the problem with our store, is that our wonderful lead has volunteered us to do other peoples work on top of our work, and now it isnt appreciated, its expected. Our so called Grocery Manager Takes and entire 8 hour shift to build two endcaps that look so bad, one of the thug kids that bag groceries could have built it better. I think the only thing she ever does is carry the RF gun around the store and mark $hit down so that she appears to be busy and hell would freeze over before she were to ever break down a truck or even stock an isle other than paper! Yes there are expectations, but how can you expect your crew to do work, when the grocery lead cant even do the job that she is responsible for
