So I went from being a bagger to being a utility clerk about 3 months ago. I still get payed 7.40 an hour and was wondering if people who work in grocery/dairy usually get paid more than baggers because of the increased responsibility and work load. Just wanted to make sure they weren't ripping me off because im only 17 and still in school.
Check your union handbook or call your union rep. If you are not getting paid correctly then go askk your HR about the matter POLITELY and insist POLITELY for retro pay.
