where would a person need to turn in a resume for becoming a co-manager if they live in Virginiabeach, Va. I need the location of the training grounds for co-managers as well as the number to contact them.
If you're an hourly associate you need to talk to your store manager and they will have to fill out a form to forward to the district manager to recommend you for training. Since I can see you are in Mid-Atlantic you would come to Roanoke for your training. Then after finishing that you would be assigned most likely back to the district you came from but there are no guarantees about assignments.
Non-employees i'm not sure but probably send a resume to the KMA office/human resources I would assume.
The division would be "Mid-South"; I want to say it is in Roanoke(sp), VA. Internal candidate - stay where you are! You'll have no retirement(pension) and you will pay for your benefits! You know what your paying now, and weather you like it or not - it's a value and a great deal! External - go for a year or two but pound out the resumes to the likes of H.E.B., Albertson's, etc, who rank in the top employers in the grocery trade. F.Y.I. - Kroger hasn't placed -EVER- in the rankings. If your a business major, look elsewhere! You will NOT practice your field. You will be nothing but the checklist manager. Specialize in Music? Political Science? Art? Your in!
