so i applied to Krogers and about a week later they called me back for an interview. the same day right after the interview they come back in an hour for a drug test then wait for the results. they called me 2 days later and told me to come up there to fill out paper work and for testing. so it sounds like i got it but im not sure. then my interview was today but they called mr early this morning and said that my backroung check wasnt back yet and that they would call me as soon as it was. So wht do you think, did i get the job or not? so nervous and confused lol!
seen several times that people was already hired but just could not start until they had everything back. Been a few times where they started someone before a backround check or drug test was back and the company got burned on them. You probably got it . It is just a matter of how fast they get off their ars end and get the rest done.
could not say but I have seen them take anywhere from a day or two up to two weeks on one guy they hired for my market. just check with your recruter and they should no.
ok today they called me and said that my backround would be here tomorrow or friday and they would get me started! guess i got it! thanks for the help.
