Is there a way to search for jobs at other stores, if I wanted to transfer to another store? For example, If I wanted to know if a store needed somebody on third shift could I find that put somewhere or would I have to contact that store's manager?
No way Jose. We can't lose all of our amazing people to other stores. They seem real hush hush about job openings, but know they are available at home for the taking. We had two CSM positions open up and only three FE supervisors were made aware of them and that started loads of drama. But, they are all posted online.
other that market managers, if we want to transfer to another store ( meat and sea food) we have to place a request transfer to the store, union, Human resoaurce and yoiur own store manager. But the store has the right to delay any transfer until there is a replacement hired and trained to do your job. But in theory, you shut down the store you want to go to, from hiring anyone for there.
