Saw at the annual market manager meeting today and did find out one thing. When you call someone out on THIS BOARD then they may just be looking. Was not long ago that i called out or questioned the district staff, Houston, the kelp desk and facility engineering for a long term maintenance issue and replacement of our scales and equipment. Seems that out district 7 manager goggled his mane from time to time and my post and this forum came up. Did not take long to figure out it was me. But i am still here, running a market, the new equipment is ordered and to be here soon and a few other things are being ordered and addressed. he only wanted to know why I did not go to him first to get things addresses. All he asked ( and not told) was that when problems occur and not getting handled quickly to at least email or text his office first and try to handle things that way first.
So then comes up the issue that every anonymous poster seems to fear. They ( Kroger) will see my posts and fire me since they monitor this board and want to get rid of every one. But then I never hide from people and would not post anything I would not believe in or say to someone directly.

Cause they are watching us. I typed Kroger Sucks and found this forum. I post under Krogerman or Anonymously as I have too under Elms. I just don't want to have a username or give too much personal info.
let them watch. they have so much free time on their hands, cause they sure don't do any work.kroger is so worry the ugly truth about how they treat their people geting out, instead of fixing why their employees even need this place.
Well i dont fear them, what I say here id say to thier face and have , you have to respect the man who slips the Presidant of Kroger a dollar when hes shaking your hand and ask him to get you some Grey Poupon during the holiday annual visit. If you must know who that man is your looking at his post now.
