Beyond the "we don't have enough help" and "we don't have enough hours, it's ELMS fault"...what do you think...Front End WIG boards...do they work? Do you find them helpful? Have you been trained completely on it? Does your Manager support it? Don't attack me...I just am wondering your opinions, honestly, not what you like or don't, personaly ('cause none of us want one more thing to track) but really, has it helped our Company?
