i don't understand why management seems clueless on what really goes on in the store. I can't understand also why they say they want everything Krogers way. But ignore the problems at hand that is affecting customers because an employee mentioned it, like we are stupid. Well wakeup people.................
Hmm does Kroger really like filthy bacteria filled bathrooms with toilet paper on the floor instead of the paper holders or on the paper holder just so a customer can have a concussion from this big hugh roll of tissue falling on their head. wow.

Well we all know the answer to that one. Now this is just a suggestion. If you have a camera phone then take a picture and email it to Kroger. Have a customer compain for you . I have often encouraged customers to compain about things tht needs taken care of and if I here a customer complain about something, I encourage them to go directly to Kroger.com instead of just calling the store.
In our store the paper roll kept coming down as well in the Womens restroom when I went in the back I saw they had new rolls but no one to initiative to get them up. Me being a woman got tired of the rolls falling on me so I grabbed a courtesy clerk when to management and got the electric screw drive and myself and the courtesy clerk put in the new rolls of course we had issues with 2 of the stalls so I told management and they put a ticket in right then to finish the job.
