once upon a time, i beleived it, because a stores sales, affected the store. now, everything goes into a zone, and i divided back up, so a store doing well is paying for a store doing bad. plus, kroger has shown me, cutting costs, means more the a satisfied customer
it makes me somewhat mad. i get paid ****. i doesnt matter if a satisfied customer bought ****. i can care less. besides the fact the customers always got some ****ty attidude that her coupon doesnt work. or why frontend managers dont work for **** and they get paid more. fuk them all
Ask you manager the samething I did about it. If the customer is still satisfied without me working this week will I still get a paycheck? <----they dont like that one. I guess hard work had nothing to do with me getting this pay check (look at the manager) and i guess your not a very hard worker either sir and your suppost to lead everyone!?
