I am a customer as well as an associate. So, here is what I would like to tell the stupid Kroger fat cats who reside at the top of the food chain.
1. Get the ****ing shippers out of the ****ing aisles. They block the traffic flow! Haven't you been shopping during a busy time? The aisles are full enough of people pushing bascarts. Let's just ****ing really **** up the works by putting roadblocks everywhere!
2. Glad you are going with Omni-Vision/Que-Vision. Get me the **** out of the store AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
3. Put a ****ing sign in the self-checkout lanes that says "Get the **** off of your cellphone while checking out!" I can't ****ing stand it when I am in line behind some ******* who is having a phone conversation while checking out. Hurry the **** up, bitch!
4. Enough of the ****ing "10 for 10" bull****. It's a dollar. I do not have to buy ten of the item to get the ****ing discount. At the least, you are insulting my intelligence. At worst, you are taking advantage of people who don't know any better. Shame on you.
Shopping for food is NEVER a fun experience. It is a life necessity. So quit acting like you are doing something great! Quit making more out of it than it really is. Trucks bring food to store. People put food on shelf. Customers take food off shelf. People check customers out. Rinse and ****ing repeat.
get rid of all those huge, tacky looking boxes every where, with discount spit in them. place looks like a dollar store. hire some damnpeople. i don't want to have to wait for fred, who is running 3 depts today, to get done writing on a cake, before he can cut my steak. take down every freaking on of the "our people are great ' propaganda. no company love's it's people, least of all kroger. don't insult my intelligence, by forcing every employee to sign a stupid banner, or get wrote up
I hate it when people start loading the belt when a customer ahead of them is still getting stuff out of their cart. That is why I always unload at the back of the belt! Another thing that annoys me is when you are in line and a customer thinks they are entitled to go ahead of you in line. I am not WORKING, I am just like every other customer who wants to get their food and go home!

I agree. I was waiting in line at the u-scan and some lady tried to cut in front of me. I was clearly shopping and had my coat and groceries with me. She get all offended and stormed off because I took the register before she did.
