I was fired for occurences but my department wants to rehire me.  They said something about how I would be able to get rehired after 60 days. Is this true? And would DO NOT HIRE be placed on your record if you were fired for the 12 occurences?

To my knowledge it depends on.
1.If you were flagged from future employment with Kroger Company. If so I don't know if you can be re-hired.  You may also have to factor in the store manager who dismissed you.  If he/she is willing to give you another opportunity. Good luck and if you do get a second chance try to stay out of trouble

never heard of this happening. my dept head wanted me back bad, but was over ruled, by management.
i have heard, if you go to a different zone, the chances, thou slim, are there, but honestly, if they want you gone bad enough, your gone.
it all depends on how high up the one wanting you gone is.

The management doesn't have anything against me as far as I know.  I only got fired because of occurances.  The one who wants me back is the department manager too.  The store manager can be a b**** but she has been one to me.
