Can a person be fired for looking for another job while still working at kroger?
Does the union do anything or can the person still be terminated just for looking for another job.

As long as you are not working at a job that is in direct competition with Kroger (aka Wal-Mart or another grocery store).
If you can be fired just for looking for another job, looks like I would be in trouble.
what if the place a person was applying for was a direct competitor ?
