- First evaluate your health. Sometimes conditions such as psoriasis can affect hair health. It is important to find out if there is a medical reason why your hair is not growing.

- Check for nutritional deficiencies you have correct them if any. Healthy hair starts from inside. sometime just a simple vitamin supplement can greatly improve your hair

-Drink lots of water daily

- Clarify your hair with a clarifying shampoo to remove product build-up.

- Use a protein treatment such as a reconstructor to stop any breakage.

- Our hair is very dry any porous. It is very important to incorporate moisturizing conditioner. It helps hair maintain elasticity and prevents drying

- Cut off all damaged ends.

- Avoid chemicals, heat and harsh hair applications to the hair frequently. When they are use make sure proper heat protection are also used.

- Start exercising it helps increase blood flow to the scalp which increases hair growth.

- Use high quality products. Stick with products that works well for you. As they say "if it ain't broke don't fix it"

- Stimulate the scalp with gentle massages.

- Be diligent about your hair maintenance. We do a lot of unnecessary damage by improper maintenance (ex: not sleeping on satin pillows, combing roughly through tangled hair etc.,)
