RUDE OVERNIGHT CASHIERS AT KROGER
Permalink

OK, I've just 'bout had my fill of this particular one. The store I shop at on over nights is all self-check--which is fine, I can service myself in the wee hours of the morn. But this chick presides over the operation, fat, bloated and nasty like Jabba the Hut. And ANYTHING you might need help with causes her obvious trauma on every level, which she is all too anxious to make MOST clear to you.....

Anyway: any body else here know of an overnight cashier like that? Really more of a vent here~

I've already made up my mind: I'll fight her with kindness.

a fun thing to do with people like here is to either go on kroger.com and write a complaint specifically about her or on your receipt sometimes there is a website that prints up you can go to and make comments. these get big attention in a very short time.  do it several times using various fake names. soon you will see a change guarenteed!

Reminds me too much of those interstate trucks with the sticker: "Don't like my driving? Call 1-800..................'' and all that. I'm more inclined to deal with it one:one.

Wouldn't count on the kroger.com response. I've had several customers use it to no avail. Personally, I'd use the "kill'm with kindness" response. Be all sweet and syrupy. Works better'n anything else. Trust me...I know :D
