The schedule always changes its stupied if you work at 300 they want you to come in earlier if you cant they ask why it says in the union book you dont have to but they can hold you 8 hours whats the point in having a schedule then it doesnt make sense to me i had a manger tell me that i should always tell my babysitters that i wok earlier then i do no its not going to happen because i have a son and hes my resposiblity no one else my husband works too so when hes not here to help . theses people need to get there **** straight if have things to do before work i have to get them done if my babysitter has things to get done she works all day then watches my son so the time between me dropping him off she gets things done my world DOES NOT REVLOVE AROUND KROGER . WE ALL HAVE LIFES OUTSIDE OF KROGER.
you only have to work your scheduled hours. You do NOT have to work any other hours. Yes your schedule will change up from week to week. Don't answer calls from Kroger unless you really need hours. If you do talk to them respectfully decline their offer. They may get mad at you but you have other things to do.

Would you like fries with th... I mean, your milk in a bag?
yeah. i would rather my schedule just say 10P.m.-??????? because i never know when i am getting off. if they know i am going to have to stay over they should just put it on the schedule
I always hated it when they would wait till my shift was almost over before "asking" me to stay. If you want me to stay over, ask me at the beginning of my shift so I can mentally prepare for it. There's nothing worse than being all set to go home and being asked, "Can you stay over a bit?"
One of my managers left me a message asking if I could work an 8 hour shift, pushing carts in the snow...no thanks lol. Whenever they call now I just lie and tell them I already have plans or night class, which is a perfectly legitimate excuse that always works.
