Yeah here our manager doesnt do anything about late people. even when write ups were written by our front end manager, he looked the otehr way and didnt sign them
management picked and choose who got wrote up for being late, where i worked.
One guy was honest to god, at least a half hour late every day, 5 days a week, and never got written up, because he was management,s pet.
I am all for personal life comes before work, but jeeze, some people act like they don't want to work, the way they can't work this, can't work that shift, in late for whatever reason.
don't these people need money ?
thats why i show up, every day, and on time. i need the money !
