How is this allowed? Does it make sense to anyone here? Aren't the union reps supposed to be people we can go to when we're having trouble with our manager?
You must be new to Kroger. You should be able to go to your dept head if you're having any kind of problem. IF you're having problems with your dept head, there is most always another union rep in the store. 2 or more are always assigned in case one is not available.
