ELMS Formula Change?

Have they made any changes to the ELMS formula?  I have noticed in the past year, that it is getting harder to make ELMS, specifically with items that have a large quantities (such as someone having 40 Kool-Aid packets).  These orders used to bring my ELMS sky high.  Now, I am lucky to get over 100%.

not sure about a formula change, but my scores have gone UP!  I've been as high as 158% and as low as 122 on slower days.
