i was looking over my pay stub last week and noticed no deduction taken for healt insurance. went back several weeks and seems to be going on for the past 6 to 8 paychecks. went to as HR. i took a voluntary demotion back in september to get closer to home. was mentioned the possibility of going from #1 status to #3 status. regardless I still should be insured! i did open enrollment for 2012 so all should be fine as of today. just bothers me to know that i might of has a need for insurance and quite possibly it was cancelled .....

I mentioned numerous times my decision of stepping down in order to get closer to home. I do not refer to myself as being a manager at this point of time. When I said "'as a manager" several post back I meant when I am a manager - not that I am currently a manager.
