Going out off the ball park with this one but what about specific way to get in touch with the CEO via email, mail, or anything of that nature?? Hence, like everyone on here.
We are here to come to work and go home to our families. We all know we work for the company but unfornutately many store managers take are un fit for the positon which they start to feel as if this was their privately own self started company. Which in return theu operate in ways which im sure is against our company policy. Like I was one told, "People dont quit the company. They quit there managers." To management we are here to serve our coustomers but you guys turn a simple task of stocking or checking customers out into rocket science.
Barada is right. Other than the groups he mentioned, Homo Orifices everywhere only listen to class action lawyers....and then it's their legal departments who pick up the phone.
You have to be kidding me, if you can not get to the CEO or the president of your Division/company then you are doing something wrong, first off do you have access to EMAIl, @store.employee.com...
www.greatpeople.me put inyour euid and password from express hr and you will see contact ceo or president...
if this does not work send a letter to the corporate office in cincinnatti OHIO ... trust me they do see this... i have witness an emploee get their job back just from sending a letter to the ceo @ the corporate office..
when you write it just think about what it is your complaining about,,, or what advice you have, and make it sound a little professional...
Our manager is a psycho, underhanded power freak who makes the rounds of good employees, threatening their jobs and generally making work miserable for all. We are a great store, usually the highest sales in our district. I can't understand how he is still around. Oh, I forgot. He is in the "president's circle" and all that. Mention his name, and everyone inside and outside our store knows what he is like. He lies continually. He calls security needlessly. He cuts hours to get revenge. The list goes on and on. We hope his days are numbered.
If sales are up goodluck.. Why call HR?? Sounds like you need to call your union rep. I doubt he cuts hours, dept managers make schedules not store managers, but if he is im sure you have it written in your union contract(some might not) that you can bump others shifts if you have seniority and do it by the deadline. Hourly employees concerns dont mean much to upper managment.
I am a lead clerk, and he tried to cut the hours in my department by about 30%, even though sales were great (before Christmas, no less) because he was mad at me. I have since resolved the matter by going behind his back and up the chain of command. He called and had my fixed hours reduced, which apparantly they can do.
This sounds a lot like 412 in Rawlins Wyoming word for word and its only getting worse and they cant figure out why no one stay. Our managers dont know what they are doing and wanting to cut hours during the holidays .
