So we have a relatively new manager, sho has accepted a gift which would cost new aroung $300. Not only do most feel this is totally wrong, the worst part is the employee is extremely rude to other employees and CUSTOMERS!!!! None of the managers say anything to this person even after the complaint!! The person has even told vendors the manager is scar ed to confront! Union well forget that they are scared of this bully>> Over half of the store feels the same way. What to do?

best thing you can do, is just try to ignore the situation.

it sucks, but stuff like this is what kroger has become, and if you can't do anything about it, ignore it

Yeah let's just ignore, ignore, and keep on ignoring pretty so we have no voice!!! I say we need more than a forum to voice our concerns, after all WE STILL LIVE IN AMERICA! Or has the border moved?

New would cost $300 but you ignore to name the item.. Sounds like your slightly jealous. If you arent a manager its not your business. Do YOUR job and thats all thats required. Paying attention to others is a waste.

Get over yourself last comment! I guess if your manager did the same and let this wayward employee take hour long breaks you might have a problem. RIGHT IS RIGHT WRONG IS WRONG and guess what? Your wrong!!
