What's considered in the world of Kroger?

I recently have started being scheduled 35 hours on front end. Is that fulltime in Georgia? I've heard its 30+ but am not sure.

look in your contract book it should tell you in there.... I know in my area it is 24hrs, 32 hrs or 36 hrs depending on when you were hired.....

Yep it's 32 hour for fulltime but to keep the insureance  for fulltimer it's 35 I think.BTW why the hell are you getting screwed out of the full 40 hours just asking,,I would be rolling someones ass to get the full 40 hours a week,

If you want to know what is rolling you can take other empolyees hours if you have more seniority than they do and are able to work any schedule given to you.You can as full time take a part timers hours but they still legalyl get 12 hours as part time.But management will lie to you too about the contract trust me.They don't want people to get full time it cost the unit manager pay rises and bonuses. Just think my asst manager got like 6k bonus for screwing the ones that really work over with no overtime and telling us to cut overtime by leaving early, yes they even break contract. The comany wants free labor and doesn't want to pay us for what we do every day.
